1923년 미국 시애틀에서 출생
십대에 기타를치며 작곡을했다고 한다
1950년대 L.A에서 Fabor Robinson에 기타연주자로 활동하며,
이름도 Bonnie Guitar로 고쳤다.   1956년에 부른 "Dark Moon"이 차트 #6위에 올랐다.
이듬해 "Mister Fire Eyes"를 내놓았지만,인기를 얻지못했다.
그녀는 시애틀로 돌아가 Dolton이란 레코드사를 설립하고.
59년 3인조 그룹 Fleet Wood를 영입 그들의 인기에 힘입어
레코드사를 Liberty사에 매각한다.
60년대에 Bonnie는 "A Woman In Love", "I Believe In Love"
등이 탑텐에 들었다. 그후 계속하여 작곡과 가수활동을했지만
더이상 부각되지는 못했다.
